The many features that the developer platform offers can be thought of as the various tools in a toolkit. Each tool either helps you to solve a specific problem or eases your app development journey.
The developer toolkit
Apart from the developer platform features, you can also use the following when building apps:
- Public REST APIs pertaining to Freshsales Suite: You can use the REST APIs to access the product entities/objects such as leads, deals, accounts, and so on.
- CRAYONS: You can use this Freshworks’ component library to design your app’s UI.
