Creating a Freshworks Developer Account
To create and publish apps on the Freshworks Marketplace, you need a unified developer account that lets you access multiple products with a single login.
Go to freshworks.dev and click Sign Up → Continue to Sign up
Choose your preferred registration method:
| Method | What happens |
|---|---|
| Sign up with Google | Redirects to Google OAuth where you select your Google account. |
| Sign up with email | Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email ID, then click Sign Up For Free. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account. |
Once registered, take a guided tour to explore the portal or click Explore later to start building immediately.
Signing up for products
To build apps, you need access to Freshworks products. Click Explore Products to sign up for any product directly from your developer account.
Trial periodEach product includes a 14-day trial. To extend your trial, request a sponsored developer subscription.
Select the product you want to build an app for, name your account, and you're ready to go.
Logging in as an existing user
Already have a Freshworks account? Enter your Product Account or Organization URL to onboard with all your existing data intact.
